Types of users
Visitors are all individuals that are browsing our site.
By using the form and registering to en.om-an.si site you become a member.
Upon registration in the online store, the visitor obtains a username that is the same as his e-mail address and a password. If a user wishes to change their email address or password at any time, they can do so in their user profile or contact our support which will send a new password to the registered username (email).
Availability of information
At any time your can access our information listed below:
- Company name and registered office of the company, registration, and VAT ID number,
- contact information,
- the essential characteristics of the goods or services,
- product availability,
- conditions for product delivery,
- prices with a clear indication of whether taxes are included
- payment and delivery methods and prices,
- returning policy of the products,
- terms and conditions,
- all customer service contact details.
Product offer and prices
Prices in OM AN online are fixed but can be updated. Prices are the same for unregistered and registered users.
All prices currently don’t include VAT because OM AN TV, Slobodan Stanojević s.p. is not a taxpayer. All prices that are listed are final prices without postal fees.
Delivery times
All orders placed during the working day before 1 pm GMT +0 will be dispatched the same day in the case of cash payment on delivery, via Paypal, or by any credit card.
All other orders will be on hold and will be dispatched as soon as we receive the transfer to the bank account.
Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be dispatched on the first next business day. Products in backorder will be processed in a maximum of 3 days until shipping. In case of any delay, OM AN store will contact the customer.
In the case of ordering a service, a notification will be sent to the e-mail address you entered when placing the order or entered in your user account at OM AN store within a few hours of receiving your deposit.
Payment methods
OM AN store supports the following methods:
- Cash on delivery (only for Slovenia),
- direct bank transfer to the company’s account,
- with Paypal,
- credit cards.
Delivery charges
For Slovenia, a fixed cost of 4€ excluding VAT applies. When ordering above 99€, a new radio button with free delivery is enabled. For countries within the EU, 10€ is charged for delivery. In case of placing the order above 99€, the free delivery choice is enabled. For other countries of the world, a flat rate of 50€ applies, while ordering above 150€, delivery is free of charge. Delivery costs are calculated due to the costs of delivery handling (processing, delivery packaging, delivery through external partners).
Invoicing
After delivery and payment of the ordered items, OM AN store sends an invoice to the customer’s e-mail address. The invoice contains the price and all costs related to the purchase. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data during and before placing the order.
Discount codes
Discount codes are used in the form of coupons.
Coupons are sent via newsletters, emails, or dispatched as flayers or shared in person.
Coupons are used to enter a discount at the checkout details page or in the shopping cart.
Purchase order process
- Customer selects a product in OM AN store. With a click on the button “ADD TO CART,” he puts the product in a shopping cart. The customer can then view the cart make a checkout or continue shopping. If the customer wants to check out he is redirected to the checkout details page. Here he can see the total order with all expenses (vat, postal fees). Customers can change billing and shipping details and pick a method for payment. If a customer chooses to pay with Paypal the “PAYPAL” button and “Debit or Credit Card” are available. If a customer chooses to pay with a Credit card, Direct bank transfer, or cash on delivery he is offered the “Place order” button.
- Removing a product is available in the shopping cart. In the upper right corner, there is an icon that leads the customer to a shopping cart page. To remove a product customers must click an X button on the left side of the product picture.
- Shopping Cart: You must fill in the required fields to complete your order. Sending address and billing address must be filled up.
- Completion of the order: The customer can check the submitted delivery information, the selected payment method, and the contents of the shopping cart. The customer confirms the order by clicking on the “Place order” button. If the order was completed the customer will be transferred to the order complete tab on the checkout page. In the right corner, the customer will see the order number and message that indicates: “Thank you. Your order has been received.”
Order confirmation process
- After placing the order, the customer receives an e-mail notification that the order has been successful,
- some products may need additional information and the OM AN store can call the customer on his contact telephone number to verify the data or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery,
- orders that are pending payment are on hold until bank transfer to our account is successful,
- pending orders will send e-mail notifications with data for direct bank transfer.
The right of withdrawal of the consumer from the contract
- The customer has the right to notify the company within 14 days by e-mail (support@om-an.si) or via any other communication channel that he is withdrawing from the contract,
- the customer must return the goods to the company no later than 14 days after the notification of withdrawal from the order,
- the customer returns the goods to the following address: OM AN TV Slobodan Stanojević s.p., Cesta v Kresnice 80, 1000 Ljubljana,
- customer bears the cost of the returning of the goods,
- customer must return the item to the seller undamaged,
- customer must send an invoice for the goods and personal data and a transaction account to which he wishes to receive the returned payment,
- payment will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of notice of withdrawal,
- upon withdrawal from the contract, where the promotional code or discount code was used, only the paid amount is returned to the user’s bank account. Customers can get a new promotional code.
Liability for material errors
The seller is liable for material defects that occurred on the product until this one is handed to the customer. Slight factual errors are disregarded. Products are hand made and slight deviations may occur. These small deviations are not considered faults, errors, or damage. OM AN products are performing their tasks regardless of their physical appeal or aesthetics.
Security
All data are appropriately stored and all professional means to protect them are being used.
Credit card transactions and authorizations are handled with STRIPE.
Card information is not stored on OM AN store servers.
Communication
OM AN store will contact the customer via his contact information only if the user explicitly consents or contract between the customer and OM AN store needs it (additional information, disputes, errors).
Customers can prevent all means of one side communication with a method of unsubscribing, sending an email wishing the cancellation of communication, or by calling OM AN support.
Legal notice
The OM AN online store and all data on it are protected and may not be reproduced or used.
Limited liability
In case of any problem that may occur due to changed price or information, OM AN store will contact the buyer and fix the issue. We are aware that we are not perfect. If you find anything that indicates a flaw please let us know.
Exclusion from liability
We reserve the right to make our site unavailable due to maintenance or other problems.
We reserve the right to cancel placed orders that have been affected by any technical error. The customer will be informed as soon as possible. Customers must ensure security and confidentiality when logging in to our website by themselves.
Complaints and disputes
OM AN store respects the applicable European consumer protection legislation. We are trying our best to set up an effective issue resolution process. Complaints are submitted via the e-mail address support@om-an.si or telephone. The complaint procedure is confidential. OM AN shop will handle the complaint in 5 working days and will inform the customer about the process.
OM AN store is striving to resolve disputes friendly and benevolently.
Judicial settlement of disputes is under the jurisdiction of the court in Ljubljana.
Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
